The MESG Foundation just reached an important milestone this week after running the first successful tests of our Alphanet. This means the MESG Network is just around the corner! Also, we traveled to Japan for Devcon 5, sharing a booth with partner OmiseGO, and started working with a new partner, Project Hydro. Read on to learn more about what we have been up to:

Research & Development

  • Conducted first successful tests of the new MESG Alphanet
  • Worked on a new version of the MESG Marketplace on Tendermint
  • Ran the MESG Engine on a Raspberry Pi
  • Published Engine release notes including a quick start for Process
  • Continued work on the BeachHead Marketplace
  • Bug fixes and updates on the CLI

Partners & Administration

  • Met with new partner Project Hydro about adding MESG tools to their DApp marketplace
  • Met with OmiseGO on implementation of Plasma Guard internally
  • Met with partner BeachHead about building their marketplace of VR items
